Prepare your 2008 Generic Concert Ticket
These tickets are used in our nightly GIFT DRAWING held at each concert.
Whether you are selling tickets to the concert, or offering the concert for free, tickets are a great marketing tool for the concert.
The tickets will come to you 4-up on a sheet. There is a white box in the upper right corner of each ticket. You may either design a template with the information you wish to have on the ticket and run each sheet through an inkjet printer, or you can print Avery label with your data and apply a label in the white space provided. (Avery® Address Labels for Inkjet Printers 8660, 1" x 2-5/8")
As a PAID TICKET EVENT, we supply the number of tickets needed for your venue seating capacity. Once purchased, they look and feel just like tickets you'd purchase for a Broadway play or Vegas concert. You have a portion of the back of the ticket to print any custom information about your organization or any sponsors you have. The ticket become a collectors item and often a place for artist autographs.
When using the FREE ADVANCE SEATING TICKET, the doors of the venue are open to the public for general seating 30 minutes before the concert. These tickets are simply a marketing piece that allows people to remember about the concert and if they wish to come early for a good seat, then they can enter beginning one hour prior to the concert time.
When the concert is a Free Community Event, we supply you with four times your venue seating so you can distribute the full supply of tickets as a "Advanced Seating Ticket". Entrance is not gauranteed with a ticket, merely the opportunity to enter in advance of the general public. Often having a ticket in hand is the 'tipping point' for convincing the ticket holder to come, or at least give his tickets to someone who will.
Most of our Christmas Tour concerts are free to the public - thanks to the generousity of the local church or organization sponsor. But the tickets are significant still the same! The ticket is the key, or the focal point, for Friendship Evangelism. It gives the person, or organization sending out the tickets the chance to say, "this is a free, first-come-first-served concert, but we'd like to offer you a better chance at getting a good seat. So here is an Advanced Seating Ticket that will allow you to enter before General Admission seating begins. In other words, with a ticket you may come in any time between one hour before and 30 minutes before the concert."
