Morning Song Concerts is pleased to be working with the following volunteers:  Their efforts have gone a long way in making this event possible and in providing a stress free and easy presentation the day of the concert.

Promoter and Event Coordinator:  Jeri Kelly

Poster Distribution – Personal Ministries leader

Audio Visual (sound, lighting, video) – PA or Media Chairman

Stage Setup and/or Decorations – Church Decorations Committee Chairman

Greeting  – Greeting Committee Chairman

Ticket Sales and/or Collection – Someone appointed - often Finance Committee member

Security – Head Deacon

Choir Director – Choir Leader or qualified  musician 

Artist Care & Pre-Concert Meal – Hospitality Committee member or Deaconess, etc.

Product Sales Assistance – Someone appointed - often Finance Committee member

Photography – Church photographer

Reception – Hospitality Committee Chairman
