The bulletin insert and neighborhood flier is available online to be downloaded in a generic form, and then customized before printing.

If you wish to have our office customize it for you, then send us the full and complete information you wish to have printed on the flies, such as "contact numbers", "reception follows", "signing for the deaf", "directions", "parking information", "sponsor names".

As you can see, each concert site has the potential of many bits of information, that is why we have chosen to let you customize your flier in-house. This also allows you to update your flier as new information comes to light that you may want on the flier, like a last minute financial supporter, or a change in the Concert Info Phone, etc.

COMING SOON
these pages are samples from last year.

Our flier is designed to be printed front and back and then cut in the middle to make
two half page inserts/fliers with printing on both sides.
If you have computer skills and are able to place your local information on the flier,
then you can email your file to other churches you believe would be willing to print copies for their bulletins.

How To Use These Fliers:
Encourage your members to take them to missing members, mail them to friends in town, take a supply to work, and generally keep a couple on hand should they be led to invite a friend to their church. Once they find someone who says, "Yes, I'd love to come1" or "I think I'm going to go!", then give them a couple of Advanced Seating tickets at that time. This flier is meant for mass distribution, not the tickets. Give tickets only to those who feel sure that they would like to attend.

Printing Comments:
We have found that a good quality inkjet printer can print a excellent master copy that you can photocopy. However, Kinko’s does a wonderful job with super high quality laser printers and digital copies that make the final product look like it came from a printer. It is affordable, fast and some Kinko’s Stores offer free delivery right to your home or church office as well. Here is a suggestion. Go online and find the Kinko’s nearest you. Email them this PDF file attached to this email and fill out the appropriate work order online form. Then just wait for them to be delivered. Be sure to print enough for three Sabbaths. You may even want to email this PDF files to any Adventist Churches within driving distance. Remember, they need it three weeks before as well. For out-of-towners to travel they need more time to plan, so three weeks notice is perfect.
